App Sales Dash General Terms and Conditions

Version 1.1 · Effective 21 October 2026 · Last updated 21 October 2026

1. Who we are and scope

Swisswise GmbH (“we”), Weltpoststrasse 8b, 3015 Bern, Switzerland, provides App Sales Dash for macOS (the “App”), distributed only through the Mac App Store. By buying or using the App, you accept these Terms.

2. Apple’s terms

The App is licensed under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement and Usage Rules. These Terms add to them: Apple’s terms govern the license and purchase if they conflict, and mandatory law always prevails.

3. What the App does

The App uses read-only credentials you create to read reports from your own App Store, Google Play and Stripe accounts, keeps them on your Mac, and shows revenue, subscriptions, paid apps, one-time purchases, downloads, refunds and payouts for all your apps or one. It fills in expected payouts and records a Stripe payout as received on the day Stripe reports it paid. It exports monthly statements per store, per app and consolidated.

4. What the App is not

The App does not provide accounting, tax, audit or financial advice. It does not replace the stores’ own reports, your bank statements or your accounting records.

5. Figures and statements

Store figures start as estimates and can change until the stores’ final reports arrive. Currency conversions use European Central Bank (ECB) reference rates, which are not your bank’s rates. Exported statements are working documents; a statement for a period that is not final says so.

We do not warrant that figures are accurate, complete, current or final, as far as the law allows. Check them against store reports and bank records before relying on or filing them. You remain responsible for your filings and deadlines.

6. Price and purchase

The App is a one-time Mac App Store purchase with no subscription. The United States launch price is USD 24.99 through 31 December 2026, then USD 49.99. The price Apple shows before purchase controls. Other storefronts show local currency prices, derived by Apple from the United States price unless we set a storefront price ourselves. A later price change never affects an existing purchase.

Apple handles payment, taxes, receipts and refunds. Send refund requests to Apple; its terms and mandatory consumer law govern eligibility and remedies.

7. Your responsibilities

Connect only store accounts you are authorised to access. Create and protect your credentials, give them only the read permissions needed, and revoke them at the store if your Mac is lost or compromised. Keep backups of your Mac.

8. Third-party services

The stores and the ECB are outside our control and may change, delay or stop their reports or services. Their own terms apply. A change may stop figures updating, and some changes cannot be addressed.

9. Support and updates

Support is through the contact form; updates come through the Mac App Store. We answer as soon as we reasonably can, but promise no response or resolution time unless the law requires one. We do not promise that the App stays compatible or available indefinitely, or any particular future feature.

10. Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or tax, regulatory or financial consequences of relying on estimated, incomplete or reference-rate-converted figures. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the App, unless the law requires more.

These limits do not affect liability for intent, gross negligence, fraud, personal injury, mandatory product liability or other liability the law does not allow us to exclude, or mandatory consumer rights and remedies.

11. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms by publishing a new dated version. For existing users, a material change applies only going forward and only where law, security, Apple’s rules, platform changes or the App’s functionality reasonably require it, with advance notice where the law requires. If you disagree, you may stop using the App. Rights and obligations that already exist remain unaffected.

13. Law and venue

Swiss law applies, with venue in Bern; mandatory consumer law and venues remain unaffected. Please contact us through the contact form first; most issues are resolved that way.
