App Sales Dash Release Notes

What each public version of App Sales Dash includes. Updates arrive through the Mac App Store.

Version 1.1.0

Read your figures and manage your stores in a redesigned dashboard.

  • Overview groups Revenue, Sales and Subscribers, with notes behind each panel’s (i). Revenue, Sales and Subscriptions put their controls beside the charts.
  • Tiles read Downloads, Net units sold, Sales revenue, Paid subscriptions and Trials. Revenue and Subscriptions use Plan for the products you sell.
  • Disregard plan leaves a plan out of Plan names, Rates, By plan and MRR. Revenue, sales and counts stay; Regard again brings it back.
  • Plans and rates follows the app chosen in the toolbar, so you can work on one app’s plans at a time.
  • Consolidated statement PDFs group each store’s lines and subtotal, followed by totals by currency and across all stores.
  • Refunds appear below zero in red. Downloads counts installs; refunds do not lower it.
  • Settings has four panels: Stores, General, Apps and Statements. First launch offers a connection row per store; Downloading history shows progress and resumes after quitting.
  • Reconciliation hides ignored rows until you choose Show ignored. Diagnostics has one searchable log. Notifications cards offer Dismiss and buttons such as Open Subscriptions.

Version 1.0.0 · 21 October 2026

The first public release of App Sales Dash on the Mac App Store.

What this version includes

  • Three stores, one dashboard. Bring App Store, Google Play and Stripe figures together through read-only connections.
  • Your apps’ earnings. Track revenue, subscriptions, paid apps, one-time purchases, downloads and refunds, for one app or all of them.
  • Estimates and finals. Every figure is labelled estimate or final. When a store restates a period, the notes on the figures name it instead of changing it quietly.
  • One currency. See every total in the currency you choose, converted at the European Central Bank’s daily reference rates.
  • Payouts beside bank credits. Compare expected payouts with recorded bank credits. App Store and Google Play payouts appear after final reports arrive; Stripe payouts arrive already matched.
  • Monthly statements. Export statements for accounting as PDF and CSV, per store or consolidated, for one app or all of them.
  • Sample data. Choose Explore with sample data on first launch to look around before you connect a store.
  • Local by design. Your data stays on your Mac and your credentials in the macOS Keychain. No account, no analytics.
  • Backups. Back up your data and every downloaded report in one file. Before a restore, the app tells you exactly what it will replace.

The User Guide describes every feature of this version in detail.

Requirements

  • Mac with Apple silicon or Intel
  • macOS 15 or later
  • Credentials for the stores you connect: an App Store Connect team key with the Finance role, a Google Play service account, a Stripe restricted read-only key.

Good to know

  • App Sales Dash runs on Mac only. There is no Windows, iPhone, iPad or web version.
  • The app reads your store accounts and never writes to them. Manage apps, prices and payouts in the stores’ own consoles.
  • Google Play’s most recent days remain estimates until Google publishes its final reports.
