1. Who we are
Swisswise GmbH (“we”), Weltpoststrasse 8b, 3015 Bern, Switzerland, is the controller. Reach us through the contact form.
The App collects no data about you: your revenue data and store credentials stay on your Mac. We receive only what you send us through the website and what Apple shares with us, as the table shows.

Where the law asks for a legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you, keeping the website secure and fixing defects; legal obligations for accounting; and your consent where we ask for it.
3. Recipients
Recipients are Apple, our web host and our contact form service, and advisers or authorities only where the law requires. We do not sell data or pass it to advertisers.
4. Transfers abroad
Apple and service providers may process data outside Switzerland, including in the EEA, the UK and the United States. Where the law requires it, we use recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, available on request.
5. Retention
We keep contact messages for up to 24 months after the matter closes, website security logs normally for up to 90 days, and Apple diagnostics for up to 24 months. We retain App Store financial and tax records as long as accounting and tax law requires, ordinarily up to 10 years.
6. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent for future processing. Send requests through the contact form.
You may complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU/EEA, your local supervisory authority.
7. Changes
We update this page and its date when this policy changes.
